AvaTrade operates a global web ecosystem of roughly 30 websites in about 40 languages, serving different markets, regions and content teams. As Frontend and Web Development Team Lead, I lead the architecture and delivery of the Headless WordPress and Next.js platform behind it.

The role combines team leadership, frontend architecture and design engineering: managing developers, defining shared UI foundations and reusable components, and working across design, product, content, QA and DevOps to improve performance, consistency and delivery across every market — including the layout, typography and right-to-left complexity that comes with 40 languages.
